Farm Estate GPS Live Webinar

 Four Major Roadblocks for

Keeping the Farm in the Family

Monday, Jan. 11th @ 6 pm CST

Overcoming the Four Major Roadblocks:

  • Defining "Fair" vs. "Equal" in Inheritance
  • Cash Flowing the Plan
  • Navigating Family Differences
  • Communication that Sets Expectations

Far too many farm families still believe that estate and farm succession planning is just about wills, trusts, probate, and estate taxes.  FALSE!

While these are all certainly important, most farms (and families) break apart from far more critical and often overlooked challenges.

In this live 30 minute webinar, Mark and Myron will take a look at what you can control today, no matter what happens to the estate tax laws next year. We have the strategies to minimize estate losses too, but unless your plan overcomes these four major roadblocks, it will be a struggle for your heirs to keep the farm in the family for the next generation.

We'll show you how to set your farm succession on the right path!
